To check the status of your order, simply click on the Question Mark “?” button on the right-hand corner of our website. Click on the “Find an order” button when prompted, then enter your order number and email address associated with your most recent order to view your order and tracking status details.
If your tracking is marked as delivered but you have not received your package yet, we kindly ask for you to first double-check with any household members, neighbors or your office manager and/or mailroom if you live in a housing complex to see if they may have picked up or stored the package on your behalf. If your package does not turn up within 2 business days of delivery, please send us a message and we’d be happy to assist you further.
