My Item Arrived Damaged or Defective

We’re so sorry to hear your item was damaged upon arrival. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. No worries though, we’ve got you covered!

Simply send us a detailed message within 30-days from the time your order shipped to let us know what’s wrong. Once we’ve reviewed your message, we’ll provide you with an RMA# along with instructions on how to return your item(s) back to us. We kindly ask that you ship your return back in its original packaging.

Please know that all defective items are subject to inspection upon arrival by our returns department. Waders, for example, will be tested in our submersion tanks for leaks.

  • If your item is in fact damaged, you can expect to receive a refund within 7 business days.
  • If your item is deemed undamaged, our Customer Care team will contact you about your available options.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We only accept returns for items that are in New/Unused Condition. Please do not remove tags from the damaged/defective item(s), and please understand that worn or laundered items are no longer eligible for returns. Learn more about our easy returns policy here: Return Policy.
